Hugh the Black (died 952) was Duke of Burgundy from 923 until his death. He was a Bosonid through his father, who was the younger brother of Boso of Provence.

Hugh was the last son of Duke Richard of Autun and Adelaide of Auxerre. He succeeded his older brother Rudolph in Burgundy, when the latter was elected King of France, as Raoul.

The possible marriages and descendants of Hugh are unknown. He was succeeded by Gilbert of Chalon, husband of his sister Ermengarde.
